I stayed at the Tower early last year with my husband and we are looking to come back again when we get to Lincoln.

The staff were helpful and the food was excellent.
I would thoroughly recommend it!

We visited The Tower restaurant on a recommendation and we are so glad we did! The ambience is superb, the decor classy and the ladies toilets are a delight. ( That is an understatement but space is short!)
Thefood:We eat out all the time and just last week were in Christoph Novelli's Hertfordshire restaurant, while the food there was good it was not as good as The Tower. The flavours were individual and original, the textures amazing and the presentation second to none and that was just starters. We had steak, cooked to absolute perfection and butter soft, and rissotto, which was a mixture of spicy and sweet flavours was the perfect consistancy. And so to desserts! Sufice to say... Amazing! a taste sensation you need to try for yourselves but if there is a choice, the Mango tart was spectacularly good and if there is white chocolate cheesecake on the menu, you will not be disappointed. Thank You for a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at a Hotel that would leave many 4* Hotels standing.
Excellent bar and outside sitting spaces, these are covered and heated, prices reasonable. Stunning restaurant food with excellent ambience, evening meal simply superb, even the included breakfast is excellent.
Location could not be bettered, bang opposite the Castle walls and just around the corner from Bailgate which has a good variety of pubs and restaurants.
This is not a chain Hotel but family run and an absolute credit to them, well done, we will be back very soon.

I have eaten in the restaurant on my last two visits to Lincoln. By ringing ahead I was given a seperate vegan menu with three starter, main and dessert options. The meals were amazing and often the non-vegans I ate with seemed jealous of the options I got. Along with that the service and atmosphere was excellent, definately a place I recommend and would visit without a second thought - Thanks.

We recently organised my Mother's 70th birthday party at the Tower and found the whole experience wonderful. The service was excellent and food to die for. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and all 22 of us left feeling stuffed and happy. I would recomend the Tower to anybody. Many thanks to all.

Since the revamp. the rooms and the overall accommodation is vastly improved and very comfortable.
The restaurant and the food is outstanding and the restaurant manager was excellent. Bringing out little samples of things to try and chatting about the food so you know exactly what you are getting - brilliant. Will definitely use the Tower again when in the area

My second stay here; and once again the staff were so helpful and obliging; with the excellent restaurant complimenting the whole experience. I have happily recommended the Tower to my colleagues & friends and expect to stay here again very soon.

Went to The Restuarant on April 10th. It was my husbands 60th Birthday. We could not have chosen a better location, food was excellent, staff very attentive. Will definitely be booking again.
